**Spa Policies**
**Reservations** To secure your preferred appointments, we recommend booking as early as possible. A credit card is required at the time of to guarantee your reservation, and this information is held in accordance with our cancellation policies. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, you may select your preferred method of payment.
**Cancellation Policy** Please inform the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities when scheduling your appointment.
**Late Arrival** All appointments are designed to provide ample time for each service. Arriving late may limit your experience, and treatments will not be extended beyond the scheduled time. You will be charged for the full service regardless of your arrival time.
**Arrival Time** We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a client profile, ensuring our services are tailored to your needs.
**Cancellation Rescheduling Policies** Your treatments are reserved specifically for you. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for groups of three or more). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to the service cost, and no-shows will also be charged in full.
**Inclement Weather Policy** We typically enforce a cancellation fee for late notice; however, during winter weather advisories, you may reschedule without charge if travel is unsafe.
**Health Conditions** Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.
**Prices and Services** Prices and services may change without notice. We strive to keep clients informed of any updates, so please inquire about pricing when booking. Custom packages can be created from our services.
**Gratuity** Gratuity is not included in service prices; customary tips range from 15% 20%, at your discretion. You may tip in cash at checkout or directly to your therapist.
**Check-In Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in adjusted service lengths, but full service charges will still apply. Feel free to enjoy our relaxing environment before or after treatment.
**Modesty Concerns** You are not required to undress in front of anyone. Towels and robes are provided for your comfort, and our therapists are trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy.
**Professionalism** Our therapists and estheticians are dedicated to enhancing your wellness. If any behavior is deemed inappropriate, the therapist may end the session.
**Cell Phones** Please silence your cell phones and maintain a soft voice while in the spa. If you need to take a call, inform your therapist to do so discreetly.
